This will be mentioned during the free consultation with Karen in the options you have for a planner and/or a day of coordinator. For the following services (Full Planning, Partial Planning, Design & Coordination), you will most likely have Karen as both a planner and a day of coordinator (unless availability is limited). For all Event Management clients, you will be working closely with Karen upon signing the contract and will be introduced to your day-of coordinator(s) at least 2 months before the wedding. You will work with Karen to make sure all event details are ready by the time your coordinators step in.

The next step will be to tell us we’re part of the team! From there, you will receive a contract to review and sign, and we ask that you pay a 10% deposit to secure the date.
